RENAULAC, created in 1827 by Charles Renault, is one of the older French paint manufacturer. In 1996, to face up to the increase of its production, RENAULAC set up in Cestas (33) in a brand new factory.
The activity is divided into 4 parts :
-trade for professional painter -do-it-yourself supermarket -export -brand name manufacturer RENAULAC was the first French paint manufacturer to obtain the QSE certification (Quality, Security, Environment). All the production is automated.
Staff : 70 employees, 11 of whom at the laboratory (research & development)
RENAULAC, it is :
-5000 m² of production unit -8000 m² of end products storage -3000 m² of raw materials storage -800 m² of administrative premises -400 m² of laboratory -200 m² of application room
The whole on a total surface of 65 000 m² at 500 m of the Bordeaux-Bayonne motorway
A production capacity of 40 000 to 45 000 T a year of aqueous phase products, export markets : Poland, Moldavia, Ukraine, Algeria, Belgium, Spain, South Africa, Indonesia, Mauritius, Martinique, Guadeloupe, Cambodia, Madagascar, Tahiti...
RENAULAC, it is also an active environmental policy.
Triple certification : ISO 9001 (Quality), OHSAS 18001 (Security), ISO 14001 (Environment).
Taking the lead concerning the European standards’ enforcement, RENAULAC is a clean factory, concerned with the respect of the environment. The staff makes of it one of its priorities.

This “clean factory” culture is also available for all our new paints without COV, water oil-based paints sold by RENAULAC since 1995 as well as Ecolabel paints since 2007. Up to now, 22 products of our range obtained the Ecolabel certification.
RENAULAC, it is also one of the fuller range of decoration paint of the market.
